Why it works

More Google reviews lifts you higher in Google, and higher means more customers

When someone nearby searches for what you offer, Google shows three businesses at the top of the map. Google's own help pages say positive reviews and helpful replies help your business stand out in those results. So a listing that keeps collecting good, recent reviews gets seen far more often than one that sits still.

Step 1

Reviews keep arriving

Every employee has their own code on a badge, a table card or a receipt, so happy guests leave reviews all month long instead of in one lucky burst.

Step 2

Google shows you higher

Review count, star rating and how fresh those reviews are all tell Google your business is worth recommending, so you appear in more local searches.

Step 3

More customers pick you

A top spot on the map plus a strong rating means more taps, calls and bookings, and those guests become next month's reviews.

97%

of people read reviews before choosing a local business

68%

will only use a business rated 4 stars or higher

74%

only trust reviews written in the last three months

20%

of what moves your place in map results now comes from reviews, up from 16% in 2023

Honest reviews only, and that is the point

Buying reviews, hiding the poor ones or paying customers for a star all break Google's rules and can cost you your listing. None of that happens here. Every guest can post a public Google review whatever rating they pick, and nobody is offered money or freebies for one. All we do is make it one tap easier for guests who already had a good time to go and say so.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes, for teams of up to 50 employees it is completely free. Bigger teams can move to Pro ($149/month for 51 to 200 employees) or Enterprise ($499/month for 201+ employees).

How do I upgrade to Pro or Enterprise?

Start on the free plan and add your team. When you need more than 50 employees, tap the WhatsApp support button and we will set up your upgrade.

Is it okay with Google's rules?

Yes. Every customer can always post a public review, whatever their rating. We never hide the Google button.

Do my staff need an app?

No. They just share their QR code. Customers use their phone camera, nothing to install.

Will customers be offered anything for a review?

No. Offering customers rewards for reviews breaks Google's rules, so we never do it. Customers simply share honest feedback in their own words.
